MARVIN KEY
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Key was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2013. Mr. Key joined the company in December 2005 as Senior Vice President. Mr. Key was previously involved in sales and trading as well as capital market activities with Thomas Weisel Partners, LLC, a San Francisco based investment bank. He also spent three years as a Portfolio Manager with hedge fund, Hermes Advisors, between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, over a ten year period, Mr. Key held various positions with New York Investment banks, Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Key is a Chartered Financial Analyst, attended Clemson University and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

MATTHEW VELLA
President

Mr. Vella was appointed President in September 2012. Mr. Vella joined the company in November 2006 as Vice President. He was appointed Senior Vice President in October 2007 and appointed Executive Vice President in October 2011. Formerly, Mr. Vella was Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for ATI Research, Inc. Prior to joining ATI Research, Mr. Vella was Lead Patent License Counsel for Nortel Networks, Inc and Counsel for Nortel Networks Corporation. Mr. Vella holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University and a J.D. degree from the University of Toronto Law School.

CLAYTON J. HAYNES
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Haynes has extensive public accounting experience. From 1992 to March 2001, Mr. Haynes was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, ultimately serving as a Manager in the Business Advisory Services practice. Mr. Haynes received a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.

ROBERT RAUKER
Senior Vice President

Mr. Rauker joined the company in January 2011 as Vice President and was appointed Senior Vice President in October 2012. Mr. Rauker began his intellectual property career as an associate attorney with Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly LLP, in Minneapolis from 1995-1998, was patent counsel at Boston Scientific Corporation/Scimed Life Systems from 1998-2000, was Chief IP Counsel, Endoscopy at Boston Scientific Corporation from 2000-2004, and was Vice President, Global Chief IP and Licensing Counsel at Synthes, Inc., a $3.5 billion orthopedic company, from 2004-2009.   Most recently he was Of Counsel at Conrad O’Brien PC in Philadelphia serving leading medical device companies. Mr. Rauker holds both a B.S., Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

TISHA STENDER
Senior Vice President

Ms. Stender has extensive experience in the worldwide commercialization of intellectual property. She previously was managing attorney with Alea Global Law and formerly held positions with David International Trading Company and with Pillsbury Winthrop. Ms. Stender received a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an M.S. from Loyola University Chicago and received her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
